They only have 5 ingredients, bananas, quick-cooking oats, mini dark chocolate chips, shredded coconut (you can use sweetened or not), and sliced almonds. All of these ingredients are good for you.
If you’re like me then you love sweets, but know that eating them all the time isn’t good for you, obviously. Almond Joy is one of my top favorite candy bars. So here I present you 5 ingredient Almond Joy Cookies! Healthy and delicious! You could even eat these cookies for breakfast!
This recipes is versatile too, because the base ingredients are bananas and quick-cooking oats. Make sure the bananas are spotty and brown. Then you can just add in whatever you favorite things are. For my boys I make them with just chocolate chips, they aren’t huge fans of nuts or coconut. These cookies are a nice and healthy treat to give your kids instead of candy or other junk available. They can pick and choose what they add in and help make them too!
