  1. Place brussel sprouts and water in a non stick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
  3. Remove lid, add garlic salt, bacon bits, cream cheese, and heavy cream.
  4. Cover and cook 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. ENJOY!
