Easy No Bake Cheesecake

I am not a baker so I like to keep my dessert recipes nice and simple.  This recipe only needs 8 ingredients and is very easy to make.  I have made this recipe a few different ways.   What you want to use for the crust is up to you.

Banana Cheesecake Crust Options

Making your own crust takes a little more effort, but the vanilla wafer crust is super yummy and worth it if you have the time.

Banana pudding and cheesecake are both so creamy, they are the perfect pairing. 🙂  I really love banana recipes.  Try my Gluten Free Healthy Banana muffins or my Healthier Banana Bread with Streusel Topping for other delicious banana recipes.

I have used this no bake cheesecake filling to make a full size cheesecake and muffin size mini cheesecakes.  Both are equally delicious!

To make this recipe you only need a few simple ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 graham cracker or vanilla wafer pie crust
  • 16 oz ROOM TEMPERATURE cream cheese
  • 1 box (3.4oz) banana pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cup milk
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

Toppings- banana slices, vanilla wafers, whip cream

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature.  If it isn’t, your no bake banana pudding cheesecake will be lumpy.  Nobody wants a lumpy cheesecake, trust me.

How To Make No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake

Place room temperature cream cheese, banana pudding mix, powdered sugar, milk and mashed banana into your KitchenAid Stand Mixer or into a large bowl if you are using a hand mixer.

Mix on high about 5 minutes or until everything is well mixed.

Put the filling into your crust and into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

After it’s chilled top with bananas, vanilla wafers, and whip cream.

Enjoy!

How To Make Mini No Bake Banana Cheesecake

The only difference when you are making no bake banana pudding cheesecake cups is the crust.

There are 2 ways I have done the crust for the mini banana pudding cheesecakes.

  1. Place a Vanilla wafer at the bottom of each cup.  This won’t cover the whole bottom but it still works if you don’t want to make a crust recipe.
  2. Make the homemade vanilla wafer crust or graham cracker crust, but put the mixture into the cupcake pan instead of the pie pan.

Everything else is the same in the recipe.
