No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake - Cakes to Kale

No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake

My favorite desserts are banana pudding and cheesecake.  When I say banana pudding, I mean the banana pudding with bananas, vanilla wafers, and whip cream. Yum!  So of course I had to combine them together to get a no bake banana pudding cheesecake.

Banana pudding and cheesecake are both so creamy, they are the perfect pairing. 🙂

I am not a baker so I like to keep my dessert recipes nice and simple.  This recipe only needs 8 ingredients and is very easy to make.  I have made this recipe a few different ways.   You can buy a premade graham cracker crust at the store, which is what I usually do or make your own.

My favorite way is with a vanilla wafer crust from Mom On Timeout.  This crust just takes this no bake banana pudding cheesecake filling over the top.  I mean, who doesn’t want more vanilla wafers in their banana pudding!?  If you choose this crust, there will be a little baking, but totally worth it.

I have used this recipe to make a full size cheesecake and also muffin size mini cheesecakes.  Both are equally delicious.

Making the no bake banana pudding cheesecake

One important thing that I want you to read about this recipe, is to make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature.  If it isn’t, your no bake banana pudding cheesecake will be lumpy.  Nobody wants a lumpy cheesecake, trust me.

Once your cream cheese is at room temperature you can put everything, except the whip cream and vanilla wafers, into your KitchenAid Stand Mixer or into a bowl and use a hand mixer.

Put the filling into your crust and into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

After it’s chilled top with bananas, vanilla wafers, and whip cream.

Enjoy!
