Oatmeal Almond Butter Chocolate Cups
Creamy chocolate almond butter cups are delicious and good for you too.
mini dark chocolate chips
Place oats into the blender and pulse a few times.
Add honey and almond butter to blender. Pulse until combined. Set aside.
Place chocolate chips and coconut oil into a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
Evenly distribute the almond butter oat mixture into 18 cups.
Top with chocolate.
Freeze and Enjoy!
