One-Pot Stuffed Pepper Soup
One-Pot Stuffed Pepper Soup is one of my favorite dishes to make because it’s comforting, filling, and easy. Throw everything into a big pot and let it cook! Perfect for busy moms. 🙂
ONE-POT STUFFED PEPPER SOUP
All the flavors of a stuffed pepper in a bowl! This recipes used lean ground beef which is a great source of protein. If you are vegetarian, you can omit the meat, switch to vegetable stock and omit Worcestershire sauce or buy the vegan brand!

Mrs Dash Salt-free Seasonings are on of my favorite ways to bring flavor to a dish. They add so much flavor without adding any salt. In this One-Pot Stuffed Pepper Soup I used the Garlic and Herb one. You should get yourself some, they are the best! They have so many different blends, I use them for everything. Here is a little bundle of my favorite ones.
This soup is also inexpensive, most of the things I have in my pantry and you can also add in whatever vegetable you like to use them up! I like to have nice hearty quick meals on hand for those days that I am tired or busy. This soup is hard to mess up, dump it in and let it go! Give it a try!
P.s. I like to add a little cheese on top!
