One Pot Taco Spaghetti
All the flavors of a taco, in a bowl of pasta!
lean ground beef
light sour cream
14.5 ounce can
Mexican blend cheese
In a pot on medium heat, brown lean ground beef and onion. Cook about 8 mins or until beef is cooked through.
Add in the taco seasoning packet, stewed tomatoes, sour cream, corn, and water. Break up the stewed tomatoes with hands or spoon.
Turn the heat up to medium-high and bring the water to a boil.
Once water is to a boil, break the spaghetti in half then add it to the pot. Stir to make sure spaghetti is covered in the water,
Cover and cook about 8-9 minutes or until the spaghetti is done. Stir occasionally to make sure the spaghetti doesn’t stick to the bottom.
Once the pasta is cooked to your liking, add in the cheese. Stir it up and enjoy!
