Chicken strips are a favorite around my house.  We don’t eat them very often because they are usually fried and not great for you.  So I came up with these healthy baked chicken strips packed full of ranch flavor.  These are perfect for dinner any night of the week or for an appetizer at your next party.  Homemade healthy baked chicken strips are something you can feed your kids family and feel good about it.

Healthy Baked Chicken Strips

This recipe is so simple and doesn’t take very many ingredients.  Chicken breasts, greek yogurt ranch, panko breadcrumbs, and a ranch seasoning packet, that’s all you need!  I use Greek yogurt ranch for this recipe because it’s so much healthier for you than traditional ranch and also yogurt helps tenderize the chicken.  There are lots of different kinds of yogurt ranch, I use this one, you can find others in the produce section.

First you will cut the chicken into strips, about 1/2 inch thick.  Then cover with ranch, coat with the breadcrumb mixture, bake and eat!  So simple, right?

My kids loved these, next time I will make extra and freeze them!  These are also delicious in salads or wraps.

Healthy Baked Chicken Strips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Slice chicken breast into strips, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Put chicken strips into a bowl and cover with the Greek yogurt ranch.
  4. In a separate bowl mix together panko breadcrumbs and half of the ranch seasoning packet.
  5. Coat each chicken strip in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place on lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 mins or until fully cooked.
  7. ENJOY!
