Ranch Healthy Baked Chicken Strips
These easy and healthy baked chicken strips with ranch flavor are the perfect weeknight dinner or appetizer!
boneless and skinless
greek yogurt ranch
whole wheat panko breadcrumbs
ranch seasoning packet
Preheat oven to 350
Slice chicken breast into strips, about 1/2 inch thick.
Put chicken strips into a bowl and cover with the Greek yogurt ranch.
In a separate bowl mix together panko breadcrumbs and half of the ranch seasoning packet.
Coat each chicken strip in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 35-40 mins or until fully cooked.
