Are Sweet Potato Fries Healthy?

YES!  Sweet potatoes are very nutrient dense and good for you.  They are loaded with vitamins and minerals, have tons of fiber and are filling too.    They are also high in an antioxidant, beta carotene!

Making sweet potato fries is super easy in the air fryer.  Just chop, season, cook and eat.

INGREDIENTS
  • Sweet potatoes, you need about 1 lb of sweet potatoes for this recipe.  That could be one large or 2 small.
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pink Himalayan Sea Salt , I love how chunky this salt is, if you don’t have this type of salt you can use regular salt.  Himalayan sea salt also has health benefits, like 84 natural minerals.
