Panini Press
I have a cool kitchen gadget I use for these sandwiches, a 5-in-1 Griddler. It’s a panini press but also a griddle and grill. It’s awesome I use it for so many things. I use it multiple times a week, burgers, pancakes, eggs, steaks, chicken, you name it! When it’s cold out I can grill inside or use the griddle for breakfast! Pancakes, anyone?
A panini press works great for this recipe, but if you don’t have one you can just use a skillet.
What should I use for Panini Bread?
You can use any bread you like. The most common panini breads are a baguette, ciabatta, focaccia, or another thick cut crusty bread like sour dough. My favorite to use is ciabatta bread. The outside is nice and crusty and they are perfect sized to top with all the chicken Caesar goodness!
Chicken Caesar Panini
This delicious Chicken Caesar Panini can be made in about 10 minutes and only takes a few ingredients.
How is this panini recipe so quick?
My favorite quick dinner hack is using rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. Rotisserie chicken is flavorful, juicy and best of all it will save you lots of time! If you can’t find rotisserie chicken at your grocery store or you just prefer to make your own chicken, you can do that as well. This recipe is also a great way to use up any leftover chicken you may have.
You need about 1.5 cups of shredded chicken for this chicken panini recipe.
If you are having a hard time finding meat at your local stores, try ordering online. You will get high quality meat delivered right to you, it’s amazing. You can use code “Beneplace17” to get $17 off your first order at Rastelli’s.
Along with my rotisserie chicken, I am also using coleslaw mix, already cooked bacon and pre made Caesar dressing. All of these things can be made at home instead of buying them ready to go, but sometimes you need the convenience of a quick dinner! No shame in my game!

How To Make A Panini?
Making a panini is so easy even though the work panini sounds so fancy. π Put all your favorite things onto some crusty bread and pop it onto a panini press. Bam! You’ve got yourself a panini.
For this Chicken Caesar Panini, this first thing you are going to do is mix together 1 c coleslaw with 2 T of your Caesar dressing and black pepper. Set aside.
