Garlic Parmesan Sheet Pan Chicken Dinner
This recipe came about when I had nothing really planned for dinner, but I had thawed some chicken. I knew I had some veggies in the refrigerator that I needed use up, and bam came up with this Garlic Parmesan Sheet Pan Chicken Dinner. It turned out super delicious and is one of my favorite easy chicken dinners to keep in rotation. My family really loves this one.
You can’t go wrong with this healthy chicken dinner recipe. I used cauliflower and brussel sprouts in my recipe, but you can use whatever veggies you like, just make sure they have similar cooking times so they don’t end up soggy. This is a great recipe to use up leftover veggies.

This sheet pan chicken dinner is so easy to make and clean up. The best part is, you don’t have to make any sides to go with this, it’s a one pan meal! I really love one pan meals, they make life just a little bit easier. Try my One Pot Taco Spaghetti for another easy one pot meal.

This chicken recipe is so easy. You’re just going to chop, mix, cook and eat. Even if you think you’re not a great cook, try this recipe out, you got it! Sheetpan dinners are a great way to get a meal on the table with little effort.
As the title says, you will need a sheet pan to start.

CHICKEN SHEET PAN RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped into bite sized pieces
- 2 c brussel sprouts, cut in half length wise
- 2 c cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 sweet onion, diced
- 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c panko breadcrumbs
- 3/4 c shredded Parmesan
- 1 T Mrs Dash Garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic salt
How to make Garlic Parmesan Sheet pan Chicken Dinner
Preheat oven to 350°
Place all the ingredients into a gallon zip lock bag. Seal and shake until everything is coated.
Dump it out onto a sheet pan and bake for 40 minutes, turning and mixing everything around halfway through.
Broil 2-5 minutes at the end until it is crispy and brown to your liking.

Garlic Parmesan Sheet Pan Chicken dinner is so flavorful and super easy to make!
Ingredients
- 2 large boneless chicken breasts, chopped into bite size pieces
- 2 cups Brussel sprouts, cut in half
- 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 sweet onion, diced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan
- 1 tablespoon Mrs Dash Garlic and herb
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Place all ingredients into a gallon ziplock bag. Seal and shake until everything is fully coated.
- Dump onto sheet pan and spread out into a flat layer.
- Bake for 40 mins, moving everything around halfway through, then broil for 5.
- Enjoy!
