Best Ever Smoothie Popsicles
My youngest son LOVES Popsicles. He would eat them multiple times a day if I’d let him.
Most Popsicles at the store are filled with food dyes and all kinds of sugary junk. There are better for you options, but it’s way cheaper to make your own. Popsicle molds are cheap so of course we had to make the Best Ever Smoothie Popsicles. Moms and kids will enjoy these, well and husbands too. 🙂

Best Ever Smoothie Popsicles
First, we tried just filling the molds with some yummu juice and those tasted alright. We love smoothies, so we thought why not make some popsicle recipes out of our favorite smoothies, strawberry banana, with a little bit of hidden veggies in there.
They were a hit and my son thinks he is getting an awesome treat every day. 🙂 Pair them up with my Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls for breakfast and your kids will think you’re the coolest mom ever. Mom win for sure.
Ingredients For Homemade Popsicles
This popsicle recipe only has 6 simple ingredients, well kind of like 5 because does water count?
- 1 Ripe banana
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
When making this easy popsicle recipe, I like to use a good yogurt, I use an organic full fat yogurt. Checking the ingredients on products you use is important. Yogurt can be filled with sugars and food dyes so be sure to read those ingredients.
Dairy Free- Use coconut milk yogurt instead.
Tools Needed To Make Smoothie Popsicles
The Ninja Blender is the one that I have and I love it. It has lasted me years and you can make so many things in it, soups, smoothies, mashed potatoes, etc. It works great for these smoothie popsicles.
I also love these popsicle molds because they have a cleaning brush and funnel with them!
How to make homemade popsicles
This popsicle recipe might just be the easiest recipe you have ever made.
- Throw everything into the blender, pour into the popsicle mold, freeze and enjoy.
That’s it! Told ya it was super easy.
Make this Best Ever Smoothie Popsicle Recipe your own
This recipe is super simple, so it’s very easy to mix it up and make it your own. We like to make these popsicles all summer long in different flavors.
My kids really love strawberry and banana but you can use any combination of fruits and yogurts you like. The banana helps give it a more creamy feel so I would leave it in.
