Plum Crumble Ingredients
The ingredients are simple, most of these things you probably have on hand in your stocked pantry.
Plum mixture
- 8 or 9 small plums -chopped
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 T cornstarch
- juice of 1 lemon or small orange
- 1 tsp vanilla
Crumble Topping
- 1 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 c spelt flour
- 1 c Oats
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 10 T melted butter
Optional for topping, but VERY MUCH NEEDED in my opinion- Vanilla Ice Cream. Nothing like a warm crumble topped with vanilla ice cream.

How To Make A Delicious Plum Crumble
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Mix together all plum mixture ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Place into a 9×9 or 11×7 pan
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Crumble Topping and place on top of the plums
- Bake at 350°F for 50ish mins – until brown and bubbly
