Quick Air Fried Cauliflower

Cauliflower is the vegetable you can turn into so many different things and is also great for you! But my favorite way is cooking cauliflower in the air fryer with some Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning.

This air fried cauliflower recipe tastes like oven roasted garlic cauliflower but better because it’s easier! You don’t have to preheat the oven, it takes less time, and there is easier clean up.

If you don’t have an air fryer, you can read why I love mine so much and a review of the Cook’s Essential Air Fryer. I have linked another affordable air fryer option in the recipe card below.

I didn’t think I would love my air fryer as much as I do. It really gets things crispy and delicious fast!

Air Fried Cauliflower Storage

Cooked Cauliflower isn’t something that stores well, in my opinion. If you are not going to eat the whole head of cauliflower, make less.

Still the same cooking time and method, just use less seasoning.

If you really want to heat up air fried cauliflower leftovers, I would reheat in the air fryer for a could minutes.
