Easy Stuffed Pizza Bread

Easy dinners are a must have when you are a busy mom with hungry kids! My easy pizza bread recipe takes a few ingredients and very little time. This is a great recipe to get your kids involved in the kitchen.

This easy pizza bread recipe is simple and quick, but packed full of flavor! You’ve gotta try this one out.

Easy family dinner or great for an appetizer at a party!

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Hot Dog Buns
  • 4 T Butter
  • 64 Pieces Pepperoni
  • 1.5 c Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1-2 c favorite marinara sauce for dipping

Recipe For Easy Pizza Bread

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Open hot dog buns and place 8 pieces of pepperoni on each one and evenly distribute the cheese. Close the bun.

In a small mixing bowl, combine parm, basil, oregano, and garlic salt. Set aside.

Spread 1/2 T of butter onto the top of each hot dog bun.

Sprinkle the herb and parm mixture onto the butter, use your hands to pat it down into it.

Place the stuffed hot dog buns onto a sheet pan lined with foil.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are toasty.

Serve with your favorite marinara sauce. 🙂 ENJOY!

Easy Stuffed Pizza Bread Substitutes

This recipe is a great on to keep in mind when you need something SUPER easy to throw together. If you don’t have the exact ingredients I have, that;s okay! Make the recipe your own. Use what you have on hand in your well-stocked pantry and freezer.

If you don’t have the mozzarella cheese, you can use cheddar, Monterey jack, pepper jack, Colby, I mean there are lots of cheese that could work here.

Vegetarian- Leave out the pepperoni! Cheesy pizza bread will taste amazing.

Gluten Free- Use gluten free hot dog buns!
